Sofia and I have this thing about Angel. We like him broody, angsty, and in pain (mental not physical). We also like him true to canon. Sofia writes Angel fanfiction in just that way. It's brutal. It's honest. And at the end of it, you have this tendency to feel like you've been through an emotional wringer. It's my idea of the perfect Angel fic. I should add, Sofia is the one who introduced to the possibility of slashy Angel. The world has never looked the same.
